Waiting on a Snow Storm
According to the "media", such that it is, there is a major snow storm heading our way. This may or may not be true because the weather forecasts are anything but accurate. In fact, weather forecasting or meteorology seems to be the only job on the planet you can be wrong most of the time and still be employed. When you are right, however, you become very famous. (that's very rare)
Anyway, we are waiting. Ted is convinces that it is a conspiracy with the grocery stores to get rid of water, bread, meat and whatever is considered necessary during a storm and possible power outage. Unfortunately I learned early in my storm experience that meat goes bad quickly and there is only so much BBQ you can do during a storm.

OK WAIT A MINUTE, this is gonna be snow!
OK we are waiting for the storm. Storm warning begins at 5pm, recently pushed up from 7pm. So back to the conspiracy. Whenever there is a storm pending, everyone rushes to the grocery store and the lines get very long, carts filled with, you guessed it, MEAT.
I don't really know if it's going to snow, rain or maybe a little of both, maybe nothing at all.
Running out of the house becomes very problematic. Coat? Sweater? Rain Coat, Boots? What kind of boots? Fashion, thigh highs, booties, rain boots, Sperry's, UGGS or some other shoe that recently showed up at Fashion Week, it's anyone's guess and opportunity to make a statement. So "Statement Boots".

Saint Laurent Spring 2018, predicts whispy Yeti Boots. I am the first person to love fur and feathers and fringe and believe me, I would love to wear a pair, but I don't even know if it's going to snow.
I'm being silly. Trending for Spring are the ever adorable Ankle Boots. Survey Says ?? Cowboy, cowgirl looks, PVC and all kinds of edgy sparkles and glittery streetwear although I think those words are mutually exclusive- glittery streetwear, but OK.....

I don't know if I am going to invest in another pair of booties. I will check with #shoptheblondesalad which is under TBS CREW who is making shop the blonde salad happen - I want in on this party, alas, I am just not on the guest list because they don't have any boots.
